It is our 25th Anniversary and Brian Bemis Automotive Group is still family owned and operated.  We currently have 11 new car franchises (Honda, Hyundai, Ford, Mazda, Volvo, Mercedes-Benz, Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep, Toyota, Scion) and carry over 400 pre-owned vehicles.   Currently we are operating in 3 cities in Illinois (Sycamore, DeKalb and Oregon) at 4 locations. 

 

Beyond our excellent selection of vehicles, we have service and parts departments which use advanced technology and have only certified technicians to assure all repairs are completed to the highest level of quality.  We also have a state of the art collision repair center, which works in conjunction with all major insurance companies.  We have earned the 5 Star Certification in customer service excellence at all of the Chrysler locations, are Ford Blue Oval Certified, Honda EXCELL validated and the Toyota President's Award.

I just wanted to let you know that a few weeks ago my husband and I went shopping for a car, as I totaled mine in an accident, and after shopping all day we ended up at your Ford Store in Sycamore?.we were helped by your sales rep. Brian Wogen who was absolutely AMAZING?we never felt like we got the run around through out the whole process?.I could not have been more pleased with the experience.  Even the end signing was pleasing?Jim Horst was extremely helpful and courteous!!!!  Lastly upon buying the vehicle (Pontiac G6) I fell in love with the car immediately, though after driving the car the next day it would violently shake when applying the brakes?we called your store and told them what had happened and they instructed us to bring the car in so have it looked at?it was determined that the front rotors and brake pads needed to be replaced and with no questions asked they replaced everything for free!!!!  As a friend I just wanted to let you know what a great staff you have at the Ford store!!!
