- Fred H., ILJust wanted to drop a note to tell you about the positive experience I had with your service (advisor) Mike Percudani.
Just a couple months ago my 1997 Ford F150 truck was parked in front of a residence at a job site in Sycamore where my son and I were doing a kitchen remodel job. I had been leaving it parked there for a few weeks to work out of.
One morning I went to the job site and after talking with the homeowner she said she heard a loud noise during the night. Later I went to the truck and noticed that the gas tank had fallen off which I assumed was the noise the homeowner heard during the night. I was able to tie up the gas tank with electrical wire to get it home.
Because of health issues at the time I was not able to work on the truck. I did check the cost of brackets to fix it but I was unable to afford to purchase at the time.
About 2 weeks after the gas tank fell off I went out to the mail box, I was actually going to Auto Zone to see if they had gas tank straps. As I was going through the mail I noticed one letter was from Ford Motor Company, when I opened it up much to my surprise and joy it was a recall notice on the gas tank straps because there was a possibility of the gas tank straps rusting through and letting the tank fall off which could result in serious injury or even death.
As I read the letter I smiled, gave God thanks and praise for taking care of me by sending this letter to me because at that time because of some health issues and financial concern I was not able to have repairs done.
Later in the day I called the Brian Bemis (Ford Mazda Hyundai) dealership and asked to speak to the service department. Mike Percudani answered the phone. I explained to him the situation and he said to bring the truck in for inspection. I also told him of an issue with the gas tank and he said they would check it out too.
Later in the day Mike called and said he would have to order the straps for the gas tank and he would let me know when the truck was ready but he did not know if he would be able to get the tank replaced for me.
In a few days Mike called me and told me the gas tank straps came in but he had not heard back from Ford about the gas tank. I don't know all the issues he was having with Ford except that there were some communication issues with whomever he was dealing with there are Ford Motor Co.
I wasn't concerned about that when I got the truck back. But what I was impressed with was the fact that Mike would call me every day and let me know what was going on with the repairs. I know that he was putting some extra effort in getting the gas tank replaced for me. Finally Mike got the okay from Ford Motor Co. to replace the gas tank and the repairs were completed.
I really appreciate Mike's persistence in getting the repairs completed including a new gas tank and communicating with me during the whole process.
It was really nice to see that Mike was very concerned about doing a good job and having customer satisfaction. I am sure you appreciate him for that kind of attitude and performance, if not, you should.

Last night, the keys were locked inside the vehicle and the sapre key was in my wife's purse - you guessed it - inside the vehicle! I didn't readily have the number for roadside assistance, so I contacted Mike Percudani of your service department who found the number for me. He then came to the location where we were stranded, and stayed with us for over an hour as we waited for and received assistance.
Just to let you know, I feel that Mike Percudani is a wonderful asset and perfect example of what an ambassador to promote your business should be. My previous dealings with Mike were the prime reason for shopping at Bemis.
He truly went above and beoynd.

I purchased my vehicle there in June of 2077 and Mike promised he would take good care of me. He has done more than lived up to that promise in every way. I know I pay more to have many things done there than if I went elsewhere, but I keep coming back for the quality and reliability of the service.

- ToddI have to let you know that we purchased the Hyundai yesterday and it was truly a memorable experience. We had nearly 20 gifts to help us make the purchase and it couldn't have been more wonderful. I will pass along the same story I shared with my dad how this all came together. One of our teachers who earns only $21,500 a year had his wife's car break down and needed $2,400 to repair it. With 160,000 miles already logged on it, it would be throwing good money after bad to fix it. His other vehicle already has over 140,000 miles and they just had a new baby 3 weeks ago. So, with a prayer I decided to see if God would move some hearts to help us raise enough money to get them a new vehicle. I talked to a friend over at the local car dealership and they graciously cut me a deal to find a used car at their trade in value. The rest is history. This morning I got an envelope filled with various gifts, including individual dollar bills, and with the other gifts already received we got the exact amount of the trade in! Praise the lord! We are going over at lunch to seal the deal. God is good and will deliver even when we see no way around it. What is neat as well is that the teacher told me that he had been stressing about it this weekend but it wasn't until Sunday at church that he was able to give it over to God to figure out this difficult situation. I love our God who answers prayers!
